High Intensity Training (HIT) is a scientifically-backed approach to fitness that prioritizes short, intense workouts over longer, moderate-intensity sessions. HIT is grounded in the principle of
maximising muscle fiber recruitment through brief, yet highly demanding exercises. This method focuses on stimulating the body’s adaptive response by pushing muscles to their limits,
promoting efficient muscle growth and strength gains. By emphasizing quality over quantity, HIT aims to deliver optimal results, safely, in less time, making it a powerful and time-efficient approach to fitness.

Workouts are priced between £50 and £65 depending on which package you select. Unlock greater results and savings by committing to a package with more workouts.

HIT Glasgow workouts last no more than 30-45 minutes. I’ll show you how that’s all you need once or twice a week to get phenomenal results!

And the more advanced you get, the more work you’ll be able to do in less time!

So you’ll be in and out within an hour each time you visit. This includes an appropriate warm-up before your workout and a cool-down before you head off.

Yes, absolutely.

This is for people who have never set foot in a gym or if you’ve been fit before but let things slip.

Whether you have little or no existing knowledge of where to start or what you’ve tried before has come up short for you, I’ll guide you in the right direction.

All fees are paid by direct debit

Yes, you can Pay-As-You-Go for £65 per workout but you will get better results at a better price if you commit to a package.

I only recommend PAYG for people who want some specific help with their exercise execution or for long-term clients who manage their own training but need to fine-tune and troubleshoot their action plan to stay on track.

Meaningful change is challenging for everyone.


However, my goal is to make this journey as simple and smooth as possible for you by making sure we weave your specifically tailored action plan into your existing life and day-to-day schedule.


I aim to set the most optimal path for you and help you walk down it straight and true!

I don’t ask you to follow any sort of diet – because they don’t work.


Instead, I teach you how to eat to nourish and fuel your body resulting in you getting lean and healthy – inside and out – making dieting a thing of the past.

I will certainly do my best if it’s safe to do so and have my business partner, Dr Lauren, on hand to advise on any major health concerns or conditions.
